Cancellations We want to make sure you have a great experience when placing an order with us! Just a quick reminder: if you change your mind after making a purchase, you have a generous window of 24 hours to cancel it free of charge. If you cancel within this period, we will be happy to process a full refund within 5–7 business days. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit, please contact us. In these cases, we will arrange a refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you — we cover all associated fees. Please note that we will require a photo or video of the damaged item in order to process a replacement or refund. If you wish to return the product, we will guide you through the process and cover the return shipping costs.

Returns We want you to have the best shopping experience possible, which is why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team and we will do our best to help you.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unopened, in their original packaging, and showing no signs of prior use. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How Do I Request a Refund? To return your item, please send us an email to oorigine@support.com. The return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in new, unused condition. If the item is not in new condition, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund.

Who Covers Return Shipping Costs? If the item arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the customer changes their mind within 14 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Liability for Logistical Issues We do everything we can to ensure your orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. However, once parcels have been handed over to the delivery carrier, their transport and logistics are the carrier's responsibility. We cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers. Should an issue arise, we encourage you to contact the carrier's customer service directly. We remain available to assist you through the process if needed.

Refund Guarantee We offer a 14-day refund guarantee. However, this guarantee does NOT apply in the following cases:

  • The customer is dissatisfied with the color of the product ordered.
  • The customer damages their item after use.
  • The customer refuses delivery from the carrier.
  • Issues related to delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.
